Insurance:
Many health insurance plans, including a flex spending account, or a health savings account may partially cover counseling services, and generally require an invoice by the provider, which I am happy to provide. Please contact your insurance agency regarding your “out of network mental health benefits”. Please also know that billing your insurance company for mental health benefits requires that you be given a mental health diagnosis that will stay on your health record.
